Online Admission Process of EnrolForm:

1. Online Application
Student/Parent fills up the online application form available on the EnrolForm website and upload photos, documents electronically. A unique reference number is generated and sent to parent mobile number and is shown on the screen.

2. Fee Payment
The application fee can be paid online or collected at the school counter. After collecting payment, office staff can login to EnrolForm dashboard for their school and update the payment status for the application using the unique reference number.

3. Interaction Scheduling
After successful fee payment, interaction/interview schedule can be allotted automatically by the system, if required. Interaction card can be printed by office staff with photo of child on it. Parents can also print the interaction card at their home, if they have paid the fee online.

4. Updating admission tracker
During interaction, principal/office staff/teachers can open the admission tracker and add the comments regarding the performance/interaction. This helps to maintain details of the interaction and it can be viewed anytime by others in the organisation.
